However, burial privileges are subject tothe existing rules and regulations of the cemetery, LFC and procedures set forth by the Cemetery Committee. Minor children, aged 18 or younger, of Active Members are also entitled to burial space at the cemetery. Upon notification of a death of a member wishing to be buried in the LFC cemetery, the committee will put the notifying family member in touch with the cemetery and issue the appropriate documents for burial. Space will be assigned by the chair of the cemetery committee Robert Epstein. Robert will help you to reserve a specific plot location within the cemetery.

Currently the cost to reserve a plot is $250 per person.
-
All costs of burial are the responsibility of the deceased’s estate. Those include, but are not limited to: open and closing of the grave, perpetual care and funeral expenses. In order to be buried in the LFC cemetery, families can expect to pay $5000 +.
-
For perpetual care, an individual family member will need to pay the cemetery directly for perpetual care.
-
Any cousin with extenuating hardship circumstances should contact the Chair of the Cemetery committee, Robert Epstein, who will consult the President and Treasurer to find a resolution.
-
The Loyal Family Circle is responsible for the general upkeep of the common areas near the family plots. A yearly budget line item is designated for the upkeep and care of the common areas of the Loyal Family Cemeteries. Any structural repairs needed in common areas are also part of the annual LFC budget. Each year, the LFC receives two bills from the cemetery. A $12 dollar bill for annual maintenance, and an annual seasonal care bill between $1000-$1100. A copy of each of those bills can be found linked below:
